Ling is not new to the start-up world where she has been taking care of customers for over 20 years in Silicon Valley. Formally from Jive & Introspect, Ling started in CRM since before we were calling it CRM. Her deep knowledge in startups and new industries combined with her passion for customer care make her an unstoppable force at EdCast… although it does help that she was a semi-professional athelete in multiple sports!
