EdCast’s Live Event (VILT) Capabilities for Remote Working, Learning & Collaborating

During these times of crisis, with companies instituting remote work and work-from-home (WFH) policies, companies are relying more than ever on live remote events and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT). EdCast provides a comprehensive set of tools and capabilities to assist in transitioning to this increasingly virtual way of working.
EdCast has produced a unified and easy set of tools to quickly enable productivity to continue across your remote workforce. Your EdCast instance supports Live Events (VILT) integrated with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex video conferencing solutions (along with support for other conferencing tools) using simple links.
These sessions can be organized to provide learning that is synchronous, asynchronous, or both via EdCast. Our mobile application adds even more capabilities with our Livestream, Ask Me Anything, Podcasting, and Perfect My Pitch video coaching features, which our Customer team can discuss with you.
The advantages of using EdCast for Live Events are:

  • Collaborating during and after the meeting via EdCast to have a complete record of all conversations in a centralized location and preserve all related knowledge-sharing on EdCast
  • Foster hallway-type conversations using comments on EdCast before and after the meeting using EdCast’s Live Event (VILT) feature
  • Remove the friction of remembering login and passwords for meeting tools to retrieve conversations
  • Have a centralized record of all comparable meetings

If you are an EdCast customer you already have access to these powerful tools. Customers can also learn more by watching this Getting Started with Live Events (VILT) video on EdCast HPA
Please contact EdCast for help and guidance with VILT or any of our remote learning and collaboration features. We are here to assist you in navigating these questions for your company and employees.
